At Supy, we're parents and gift-givers too, so we know how much trust it takes to shop online for your little ones. This page explains, in plain words, what information we collect, why we need it, and how we keep it safe.
What we collect, and why
When you place an order
We ask for your name, phone number, delivery address and email. We use these to:
- prepare and deliver your order,
- call or WhatsApp you to confirm your order or delivery,
- send you your order confirmation.
Since we only accept cash on delivery, we never ask for or store any card or bank details.
When you contact us
If you message us on WhatsApp, email us, or use our contact form, we keep your message and contact details so we can reply and help you.
When you join the Supy Family
If you sign up for our newsletter, we'll send you new arrivals, gift ideas and offers. You can unsubscribe anytime with one click.
When you leave a review
Reviews are handled by our review partner, Judge.me. Your name and review are shown on our website, but your email is never displayed. We may email you to confirm your review is genuine.
When you browse our website
Like most websites, we collect some basic information automatically, such as the pages you visit, your device type and roughly where you're browsing from. This helps us understand what parents love and make the site better. This is done with cookies (see below).
Who we share it with
We only share what's needed to run the store:
- Shopify: hosts our website and keeps your order details secure.
- Our delivery team and partners: receive your name, phone and address so your order reaches you.
- Judge.me: for collecting and showing reviews.
- CartHike: powers our WhatsApp chat button.
We never sell your personal information. Ever.
Cookies
Cookies are small files that help our website remember your cart and understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the site (like your cart) may not work properly without them.
About children
Our products are for little ones, but our website is for grown-ups 😊. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you think a child has shared their details with us, contact us and we'll delete them.
How long we keep your information
We keep your order details for as long as needed to handle deliveries, exchanges and our business records. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe.
Keeping it safe
Your information is stored securely through Shopify, and only our team can access it when needed to help you.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to:
- see the information we have about you,
- correct anything that's wrong,
- delete your information (unless we need to keep it for an order that's still in progress or for legal records),
- stop sending you marketing messages.
