Shipping policy
Where we deliver
We currently deliver to all areas of Lebanon.
Delivery time
Orders are usually delivered within 1–3 business days after they're confirmed. Delivery to some remote areas may take a little longer. Customized and pre-order items (such as personalized crochet toys and wooden LED décor) are prepared especially for you, and we'll confirm the expected delivery date with you when you order.
Delivery fees
- Standard delivery: $5
- Free delivery on orders of $89 or more
The delivery fee is shown at checkout before you place your order.
Payment
We accept cash on delivery only. Please have the exact amount ready when your order arrives, if possible.
Order confirmation
After you place your order, we may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your details and delivery address. Please make sure your phone number is correct so we can reach you.
Receiving your order
Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is missing, damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.
Failed or refused deliveries
If we can't reach you after several attempts, or a delivery is refused, the order may be cancelled.
